FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRUKTUR MODAL DAN HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN FARMASI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

This study aims to determine the effect of direct and indirect influence of variable asset growth, company size, profitability and business risk of the debt to equity ratio and the share price at the pharmaceutical company listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. The analytical tool used is path analysis. Based on the results of the study indicate that the asset growth and business risk positive direct impact on the debt to equity ratio, while the size of the company, profitability direct negative effect on the debt to equity ratio. Asset growth, profitability and debt-to-equity ratio has positive influence on the share price, while the size of the company and the business risk of a direct negative effect on stock prices at a pharmaceutical company listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia.
