Identification of Occupational Hazards and Control Measures in A Wood Board Factory

To identify and analyze the potential occupational hazards in a wood board factory,to explore the preventive and control measures.[Methods]On-site occupational health survey and detection of occupational hazards were adopted.[Results]The wood board production process might produce occupational hazards of dust,chemical toxicant,noise;the major occupational hazards in this factory were chemical toxicant(especially formaldehyde),dust,heat and noise.[Conclusion] The prevention and control of occupational diseases in this factory should start from the control of occupational hazards,adopting practical protection facilities and measures,particularly against chemical toxicant(especially formaldehyde),dust,heat and noise.
