The invention provides a prism rod system capable of rapidly and accurately positioning a laser marker. The prism rod system comprises a tripod, a connection platform arranged on the tripod, and a cross-shaped fine adjusting device, a horizontal adjusting platform and a double-layered bracket which are arranged on the connection platform and are connected in sequence, wherein a prism or a laser transmission device is arranged on the upper layer of the double-layered bracket, and a laser transmission device or a prism is correspondingly arranged on the lower layer of the double-layered bracket, so that laser, which is vertically upward or downward transmitted by the laser transmission device, is rightly shielded by the prism; the cross-shaped fine adjusting device comprises two adjusting bases which are arranged up and down, and two fine adjusting guide rails which are arranged on the two adjusting bases respectively and are vertical with each other; and the horizontal adjusting platform comprises a plurality of horizontal adjusting parts. According to the system provided by the invention, a centering rod, the fine adjusting device and the laser transmission device are integrated, and a position to be subjected to construction is marked for one time through laser after the prism is positioned, so that manual errors caused by the movement of an instrument are avoided, and the field positioning speed and precision are improved.
