Coagonistas glucagon receptor / GLP-1

glucagon-like peptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 with (i) an amino acid at position 10 which is acylated with a fatty acid C4 to C30 or is alkylated with an alkyl C4 to C30, and (ii) a aminoisobutyric acid (AIB) at position 16, wherein said glucagon-like peptide shows increased activity in the GLP-1 compared to native glucagon, wherein said glucagon-like peptide comprises the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 with up to ten amino acid modifications, optionally 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 amino acid modifications.
