Electro-Cut Assisted Crossing Technique for Noncrossable Extreme Aortic Coarctation: First-in-Man.

Extreme aortic coarctation angioplasty is challenging because the coarctation can be uncrossable, or its crossing means a high risk of complications. There are a few reports ([1][1],[2][2]) of novel uses of the electrocautery source to improve success rates, but only in coronary chronic total
