The conditioner comprises a built-in cavity formed by a cylinder wall, a bottom wall and a top cover, the top cover is detachably connected to the end, away from the bottom wall, of the cylinder wall, a sample support is arranged in the built-in cavity, a steam inlet is formed in the bottom wall, and a ventilation hole is formed in the top cover. The method includes the following steps that a phytase sample is obtained and mixed with the formula feed to obtain a mixture, the mixture is placed on the sample support of the conditioner, saturated steam is introduced from the steam inlet to heat the mixture for 1.5-3 min, and the enzyme activity of the phytase in the heated mixture is determined. The testing method is simple and easy to operate, and measurement results are high in accuracy. Besides, the conditioner used in the testing process is simple in structure and low in cost.
