The present invention relates to a process for preparing mesoporous SiO2 / CdS Composite nanospheres method, characterized by the use of silicic acid esters, and n-octadecyl trimethoxysilane (C18TMS) SiO2 nanospheres prepared under ammonia-catalyzed hydrolysis to SiO2 nanospheres as a template, cadmium salt is cadmium source, thiourea as the sulfur source to react for 4 to 24 hours at 0 ~ 90 ℃, to obtain SiO2 / CdS composite nanospheres; high temperature calcining the mesoporous SiO2 / CdO composite nanospheres, after the reaction of H2S in the 30 ~ 200 ℃ 2 ~ 8 hours to obtain a diameter of 270 ~ 400nm of mesoporous SiO2 / CdS composite nanospheres. The present invention was prepared in the mesoporous SiO2 / CdS Composite nanospheres process, relatively mild reaction conditions, the equipment needed is simple, easy to scale up for industrial production.
