A sticking device comprises a driving device, a first sticking mechanism and a second sticking mechanism, wherein the driving device drives the first sticking mechanism to move vertically; the first sticking mechanism comprises a box body, a roller mounting platform, a first driving part and a roller; the first driving part is fixed on one side wall of the box body; the roller mounting platform is connected onto the first driving part; the first driving part drives the roller mounting platform to move vertically; the roller is connected to the bottom of the roller mounting platform; the second sticking mechanism comprises a horizontal base platform and an adsorption plate arranged on the horizontal base platform; the adsorption plate is opposite to the box body; the horizontal base platform can move horizontally. Through the adoption of the structure, during the roller rolling process, air between two base materials is driven out in the non-sticking direction continually, and bubble-free and smooth sticking of the two base materials is completed.
