The invention provides a double-layer water-adsorption and moisture-transfer non-woven fabric and a preparation method thereof. The double-layer water-adsorption and moisture-transfer non-woven fabric comprises an inner layer with moisture adsorption performance and an outer layer, wherein the inner layer with moisture adsorption performance is compounded in a hot-rolling compounding method and mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of natural vegetable fiber, 45-80 parts of polypropylene resin granules, 1-6 parts of compatilizers, 0.5-3 parts of antioxidants and 2-10 parts of toughening filler; the fiber size of the outer layer is 0.6-0.8 denier, and a polypropylene resin fine-denier short-fiber non-woven fabric is prepared from the polypropylene resin granules. The double-layer water-adsorption and moisture-transfer non-woven fabric has the advantages of light weight, good toughness, degradability, high water-adsorption rate and good moisture transfer.
