Recent advances in relationship between Toll-like receptor and invasive pulmonary aspergillosis

The morbility of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis(IPA) has represented a raising trend in recent years. IPA seriously threatens the immunocompromised patients' lives. Toll-like receptor(TLR) can recognize the pathogen-associated molecular patterns. In vivo and in vitro experiments have indicated that TLR plays a vital role in the pathogenesis of IPA,in which TLR2 and TLR4 are the most important.
