Despite its infrequent incidence, SCT is the most common congenital neoplasm in neonates. Ultrasonography (USG) is a reliable diagnosis work-ups during the prenatal period, followed by CT Scan after born. It is also required to decide management after delivery. Most SCT are benign and produces better outcomes if early surgical intervention is initiated soon after born.
