The Value of Spiral CT Angiography in Guiding Stent Placement for Complex Aortic Aneurysm

Objective To evaluate the value of 64-slice spiral CT angiography in guiding stent placement for complex aortic aneurysm.Materials and Methods Nine cases of complex aortic aneurysm performed 64-slice spiral CT angiography before sent placement.Results The surgical procedure and stent design were made according to CT angiography measurement data.Eight cases achieved the expected results except 1 case occurred fistula and need follow-up.Conclusion The 64-slice spiral CT angiography has high value in guiding stent placement for complex aortic aneurysm.
