The invention belongs to the technical field of sludge treatment and specifically discloses an anaerobic sludge reactor. The device comprises an anaerobic reactor main body, and a sludge distribution device and a circular stirring system, which are arranged at the bottom in the anaerobic reactor main body, wherein the sludge distribution device is composed of a central sludge feed pipe, main pipes, arc-shaped pipes, branch pipes and perforating sludge distribution pipe; each main pipe is surrounded by the arc-shaped pipes and the branch pipes communicated with the main pipe in a relatively independent area; in this way, the influence on the entire sludge distribution system caused by the blockage of a part of pipelines is avoided; the circular stirring system comprises a sludge feed pipe, a sludge discharge pipe, a communication pipe and a central sludge feed pipe, which form a circular pipeline; when the sludge concentration is lower than a set value, the sludge can be circularly treated in the circuit for multiple times to recover the concentration. The device can be used for successfully solving the problems of non-uniform sludge distribution and pipeline blockage of the existing anaerobic sludge reactors.
