Barb-type cathode line of wet-type electric dust remover

2014
The utility model relates to a barb-type cathode line of a wet-type electric dust remover, which comprises an overall hollow round tube, wherein multiple barb pieces are welded on the outer wall of the hollow round tube; barbs are welded on the barb pieces; the barb pieces are symmetrically welded in pairs on the two sides of the hollow round tube in a manner of forming an angle being 180 degrees; the barb pieces are spaced on the hollow round tube according to certain axial distance; two adjacent pairs of barb pieces are staggered by forming an angle being 90 degrees in the radial direction. The barb pieces are welded on the cathode line in four directions respectively, and the discharge performance is good while the current is high; the hollow round tube is wholly rolled and has good flatness, and the problem of cathode breakage and the phenomenon that the voltage cannot rise due to the swing of the cathode line are avoided.
