Research on adjustment and utilization strategy of transformer in distribution network based on safety efficiency cost

The development of China power grid is accelerating, and the assets of the power grid are large with fast growing, the equipments are new, and the service life is short, resulting in the poor utilization of power grid assets. This paper presents an adjustment and utilization strategy based on Safety Efficiency Cost (SEC) for main transformer in distribution network to adjust and replace the transformer with light load. First, the distribution network planning model is built on the basis of the safety efficiency cost index, then the planning model is used to evaluate the selection scheme to get the optimal replacement time. Focusing on the basis of this, the main variable adjustment and utilization strategy is put forward. The feasibility and validity of the model method are verified by relevant examples.
