Method and device for distributing data center data to user

The present invention relates to the field of network communication technology, and more particularly to a method and device for distributing data center data to a user, so as to resolve the problem of the prior art in which methods for distributing the data center data to the user on the basis of an IP address field cannot reasonably distribute the data center data to the user during a traffic peak period. An embodiment of the present invention determines distribution traffic ratios and peak traffic ratios between respective data centers; determines a first data center needing to transfer a user and a second data center capable of accepting the user; and transfers the user from the first data center to the second data center. The embodiments of the present invention adjust the data centers for users during the traffic peak period, thereby reasonably distributing data center data to the user.
