Intrakranielle Dermoidzyste mit okzipitalem Dermalsinus als Ursache einer protrahiert verlaufenden Meningitis bei einem Säugling

Case report. This is a report on a 5 months old infant with recurrent midline swelling in the occipital region followed by meningitis. Diagnosis and therapy. By means of MRI and CT it was possible to diagnose an occipital dermal sinus combined with an intracranial dermoid cyst.The cyst and the dermal sinus could be removed.
