Dynamic Observation of Alcoholic Cardiomyopathy by Color Doppler Echocardiography:A case report

Objective To study the clinical application value of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis and treatment of alcoholic cardiomyopathy.Methods Through the application of Color Doppler echocardiography,changes in cardiac structure and cardiac function of one patient with alcoholic cardiomyopathy was dynamically observed in the treatment course.Results The expanded heart was significantly reduced,the left ventricular wall motion function was significantly improved,the left ventricular function was improved and the atrial fibrillation disappeared after treatment.Conclusion Color Doppler echocardiography showed the important value in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of alcoholic cardiomyopathy.
