The invention further discloses a dual-mode wireless charging mobile phone shell, which comprises the wireless charging PCBA plate, the magnetic suction USB connector and the magnetic suction USB data wire; the wireless charging PCBA plate is applied to the inner side of the mobile phone shell; the magnetic suction USB connector is electrically connected to the wireless charging PCBA plate; and the magnetic suction USB data wire can be adsorbed to and electrically connected to the rear side of the rear end of the magnetic suction USB connector. Therefore, the functions of a wireless charging receiving patch and the magnetic suction USB data wire are fused; and free transformation of wireless charging and wired charging and data transmission can be easily carried out on the electronic products of a mobile phone and the like without the USB connector.
