Low-power, polarization tracked 45.6 GB/s per wavelength PM-DQPSK receiver in a 10-channel integrated module

We introduce an architecture for low-power (<0.05 W/Gb/s) demodulation of PM-DQPSK signals at 45.6 GB/s, and demonstrate an integrated package combining custom 10-channel PLC, photodiode array, and ASIC, capable of real-time polarization tracking.
