A ligand selective high affinity (SHAL) that specifically binds to a cancer cell, wherein said SHAL comprising: a first ligand, a second ligand and the third ligand linked by a linker, wherein the linker comprises polyethylene glycol or comprises polyethylene glycol and a lysine; the first ligand comprises 3- (2- {[3- chloro-5- (trifluoromethyl) -2- pyridinyl] oxy} anilino) -3-oxopropanoic (Ct); and the second ligand comprises 4- [4- (4-chlorobenzyl) piperazino] -3- nitrobencenocarboxilico (Cb); and the third ligand comprises 4- (Dimethylamino) azobenzene-4'-sulfonyl-L-valine (Dv).
