A method for regulating temperature and humidity of CO2 and purifying air in an enclosed space includes the following steps of (a), turning on a switch of a CO2 liquid storage device 1, observing change of pressure of the CO2 liquid storage device 1 by a total pressure gauge 2 in the enclosed space 18 and determining whether pressure changes normally or abnormally; (B), turning on a total switch valve 3 to enable CO2 liquid to finally flow into an evaporator 15 from the CO2 liquid storage device 1 and converting the CO2 liquid into CO2 gas by heat exchange; (C), feeding the CO2 gas into a secondary auxiliary throttle valve 17 and a first internal heat exchanger 4 through sight glass 16, and then exhausting the CO2 gas to the external environment through a pressure limit valve 9, a pneumatic motor 13 and a one-way valve 24. By the two-stage throttling and middle distributing technology, affection of temperature of a CO2 gas source onto performance of a temperature and humidity regulating system is low, namely the CO2 working medium can be cooled and dehumidified well on subcritical or supercritical working conditions.
