Study of the Chinese Dolls' Design Based on the Traditional Chinese Culture

With its rich cultural connotations, long history and various forms, the traditional Chinese culture has been deep- rooted in people’s mind and has been full of symbolic meanings. However, young people and middle class have been attracted to those dolls with their fashion designs and unique personalities in the globalization of the cultural background and information highly developed today. Therefore,the Chinese-style doll, which has a unique cultural connotation, contains a heavy ethnic heritage, and reflects the folk moral doll, is still worthy of the heritage and carrying forward.
