THE ABNORMAL DIASTOLIC FLOW IN THE PULMONARY ARTERY DOPPLER ON TRANSTHORACIC ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY (TTE)

Coronary Artery Fistulae (CAF) account for approximately 0.31% of all congenital heart defects, the most common being coronary to pulmonary artery (CP) fistula. Most CAF are incidentally found on coronary angiography with the prevalence of 0.9%. A 36 year gentleman presented with recurrent episodes
