User movement monitoring method and system performing same

The present invention relates to a user movement monitoring method by which the movement of a user may be monitored, and a system performing same, the user movement monitoring system comprising: at least one flexible tactile sensor which is worn on the body of a user for detecting muscle movement or joint bending in a corresponding location, and transmitting a sensed value; and a monitoring server which, on the basis of the sensed value received from the flexible tactile sensor, analyzes the muscle movement or joint bending of the user, and monitors the motility of the user.
