A System for Dilution of Rocket Oxidizers

Abstract : A system was designed and built to dilute highly reactive and extremely toxic rocket oxidizers safely. This system accomplished the operations of accurate pressure measurement, vapor transfer, precise addition of inert gas, secure storage of pure and diluted oxidizers, and decontamination of excess material with minimal toxicological and explosion hazard to personnel.
