Ways of improving the efficiency of the organization of business activity in tourism on the basis of cluster development of the territory

In recent years, interest in Kazakhstan as a tourist destination, has increased significantly worldwide. Travel is one of the promising directions of development of services in Kazakhstan. Today it is the fastest growing sector of the economy not only in Kazakhstan, but also throughout the world. Thus, assessment of the current situation of the tourism industry in Kazakhstan, the definition and development prospects of the barriers will develop recommendations for improving the capacity of tourism businesses in our country. The article analyzes the current status and development of the tourism industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to identify strengths and weaknesses. Based on these results, the authors offered their own vision of the development of tourism through the creation of a multimodal tourist complex. The tourism potential of Kazakhstan is rich and varied. It is a unique opportunity for the development of almost all types of tourism, since the cognitive-associated with visiting cultural and historical sites, environmental, including monitoring of rare species of flora and fauna, to adventure and other active types of tourism.
