Flowering Control Mechanism of Arabidopsis RNA Processing Factor

Flowering regulation is a very important process in plant growth and development. Arabidopsis molecular genetics analysis showed that MADS-box transcription factor FLC,RNA binding protein(FCA,FPA and FLK)and mRNA 3′ end processing factor(FY)are all involved in this process. The flowering factor urges plant to bloom by inhibiting FLC expression.Through post-transcriptional regulation,RNA binding protein regulates the process of Arabidopsis flowering by regulating FLC expression.Besides,microRNAs also participate in this process.This paper summarized the regulating process of these related factors to explain the mechanism of RNA processing factor in participating Arabidopsis flowering regulation.
