The invention discloses an accurate positioning system for feeding and discharging station sand core trays. The accurate positioning system comprises a rack. The rack is provided with a conveying roller table controlled by a variable frequency motor. The two sides of the conveying roller table are provided with at least two sets of side clamping devices and side positioning devices in pairs. The two ends of the conveying roller table are each provided with an advancing positioning device and an advancing clamping device in the advancing direction. The accurate positioning system is simple in mechanism, convenient to use and especially suitable for a continuous production sand core automatic production line. By means of experiments, under the productivity situation of 40-80 pieces per hour, the phenomenon that a robot clamp damages sand cores due to inaccurate positioning of the trays does not occur, high reliability is achieved, and the requirement for grapping and placing the sand cores on the trays through a robot can be met.
