Water electrospinning device and fabricating method of fiber membrane using the same

Provided is a water surface electrospinning device for fabricating a fiber membrane. The water surface electrospinning device includes: a water tank containing a conductive solution; a ground electrode for grounding the conductive solution by being installed on the water tank; a drain unit including a drain port for discharging the conductive solution to the outside of the water tank; a collecting plate installed in the water tank so as to be immersed in the conductive solution; and a raw material injecting unit storing a polymer solution therein, receiving high voltage from a high voltage power source, and spinning the polymer solution into a fiber form toward the surface of the conductive solution. According to an embodiment of the present invention, electrostatic force does not act between the collecting plate and the fiber membrane, so that the fiber membrane can be easily separated from the collecting plate.
