Social-emotional learning (SEL) is a contributor to independence, productivity, and societal inclusion for individuals with intellectual disability (ID). This study examined the effects of social emotional skills training through computer assisted instruction (CAI) to teach participants to identify emotions in themselves, recognize emotions of others and respond to emotions.
