LSPARCOM: Deep Unfolded Super-Resolution Microscopy

We present a novel high-density single molecule localization microscopy technique, which combines a classical compressed sensing method with deep learning through an algorithm unfolding procedure, yielding a compact and robust neural nehwork considering domain knowledge.
