Establishing an Evaluation Technical Assistance Contract to Support Studies in Meeting the US Department of Health and Human Services Evidence Standards.

An introduction is presented in which the authors discuss the special issue of the journal which examines evidence review standards and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Adolescent Health's investment in rigorous evaluations of teen pregnancy prevention programs.
