Purpose We tested the suitability of 99mTc-sestamibi to image the inhibition of P-glycoprotein (Pgp)-mediated multidrug resistance in tumor cells and xenografts after antisense treatment and/or inhibition with a novel Pgp modulator WK-X-34.
