In vitro anticancer drug sensitivity testing.

: The incorporation of 3H-thymidine into DNA in short-term human tumor cultures under the effect of antitumor drugs have been investigated. The method was used to test different malignant tumors in 104 patients. 53 patients were treated with different drugs and the results of this administration were analyzed. In 88.7% of cases, correlation was shown between the laboratory drug sensitivity testing and clinical response.
