A light-emitting material, a preparation method therefor, and an organic light-emitting diode made of the light-emitting material. The light-emitting material has a single structure, a determined molecular weight, good solubility and film-forming property, wherein a thin film is stable in state; the material has a very high decomposition temperature and a relatively low sublimation temperature so as to easily sublimate into a high-purity light-emitting material, thus can be used in small molecular light-emitting diodes. The method for preparing the light-emitting material comprises: using p-bromothiophenol and 2-fluoro-4-bromobenzonitrile as starting raw materials, obtaining an intermediate of the light-emitting material by means of a series of simple reactions, and finally obtaining the light-emitting material by means of an Ullmann reaction or Suzuki reaction. The method features simple steps and high production yield. The described organic light-emitting diode, a light-emitting layer of which comprises the described light-emitting material, has relatively high light-emitting efficiency and stability.
