Case Report: Unusual Computed Tomographic Appearances of Meningioma Initially Misdiagnosed as an Intrinsic Tumour

We report a meningioma presenting unusual appearances on computed tomography and discuss their relationship to the histology of the lesion and the role of arteriography in atypical peripheral intracranial lesions
