Investigation on the stressors of college nursing students in early clinical practice

Objective To evaluate the stressors of college nursing students in early clinical practice. Methods 271 probationers were investigated by self-designed questionnaire, which included 30 items, refering to 5 aspects: departmental environment, interpersonal relationship, self-capability, teaching management and other stress. Results In light of three-level practical hospital, different department and participating time, the probationers' adaptability differences was significant in interpersonal relationship, self-capability and teaching management. Conclusion The initial practice stage is critical adaptive period to probationers. At this time, paying attention and correctly instructing is helpful to promote the college nursing students' adaptability.
