The portable water-quality biological pollution detector is characterized by comprising that the detector at least comprises a shell, one side of the shell is provided with a water inlet tank, the water inlet tank is connected with a peristaltic pump, and a certain amount of a water sample is pumped into a reaction tank with a magnetic stirrer; one end of a dissolved-oxygen probe stretches into the reaction tank of a to-be-detected water sample, and a sealed system is formed; and the other end of the dissolved-oxygen probe is connected with a processing circuit, detection data is transmitted, and after detection is finished, a backwashing water pump performs equipment backwashing.
