The invention discloses a treatment method for improving the bending property of a T5-state 6N01 aluminum alloy. The treatment method comprises the following steps: (1) the T5-state 6N01 aluminum alloy is put in liquid nitrogen for cooling 2-24 hours, and then is taken out; and (2) after the temperature is risen to the room temperature again, the insulation treatment is performed for the T5-state 6N01 aluminum alloy in a temperature range of 80-120 DEG C. The treatment method for directly improving the bending property of plates and profiles is realized without changing the T5 state of the 6N01 aluminum alloy.
