Application of Hybrid Forecasting Model PMA-GM in Grid Resource Performance Forecasting

A new mixed forecasting model PMA-GM for grid resource performance is introduced,which joins MA and GM(1,1) together.The mixed forecasting model can provide an accurate forecast for grid resource performance and also efficiently support scheduling task for the grid.
