Affecting factors and corresponding countermeasures of preoperative psychology in 60 elderly patients

Objective To investigate affecting factors of preoperative psychological and corresponding countermeasures in elderly patients.Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with our operation as the research object,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The patients in the experimental group was given strengthening psychological nursing based on the conventional surgery nursing.3 days before operation,patients were given psychological care,twice a day,30 minutes for every time.Psychological intervention ended 1 preoperative day earlier.Control group implemented routine surgical nursing.In both groups before and after intervention SDS and SAS application for group in patients with depression and anxiety score were evluated.Results After the implementation of the intervention,depression self assessment scale and anxiety self-assessment scale rating in two groups were conducted,and there were statistical significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Implement reasonable psychological nursing care intervention measures can effectively improve the psychological state of the elderly patients,so as to promote the smooth progress of the operation.
