The operation method comprises the steps of receiving operation instructions on a same operation object from at least two operation interfaces, judging whether the operation instructions are sent out at the same time, executing the operation instructions according to a time sequence if the operation instructions are not sent out at the same time, further judging whether the operation instructions conflict with one another or not if the operation instructions are sent out at the same time, and then taking corresponding treatment measures according to judging results to carry out corresponding treatment. The phenomena that jamming and collapse occur to the intelligent terminal when the intelligent terminal receives conflict operation instructions on the same operation object from multiple operation interfaces are avoided, the processing capacity on multiple operation instructions by the intelligent terminal is improved, and a basis for smooth operation of the intelligent terminal with multiple operation interfaces is established.
