Особенности структурного состояния гетерогенных материалов Ni x(MgO) 100-x, проявляющих анизотропное магнитосопротивление

2012
The influence of the Ni x(MgO) 100-x composites structural state on the anisotropic magnetoresistance has been investigated. It is found that anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) is observed in the samples with a percolation structure annealed at 500 °C. The composites with metal concentration close to the percolation, exhibit only the negative magnetoresistance. It is assumed that the AMRin Ni x(MgO) 100-xcomposite is due to the anisotropy of the magnetic properties of extended nickel clusters within their structure. The mechanism of AMR in Ni x(MgO) 100-xcomposite is similar to the mechanism realized in the polycrystalline nickel. Twice smaller values of magnetoresistance in Ni x(MgO) 100-x composites compared to polycrystalline nickel is presumably related to nanostructured state and the dielectric matrix influence on the electron transport in the composites
