Modeling frequency‐dependent GPR

This article addresses the frequency dependence of ground penetrating radar (GPR) propagation due to dispersion caused by frequency dependent material properties. Dispersion is often used loosely to mean any frequency dependent phenomena. In this paper, dispersion only means frequency dependent phase velocity according to the strict, traditional definition.
