The authors present an unusual case of angina bullosa
haemorrhagica (ABH), in which there is the presence of four
simultaneous lesions, disposed two in two in the buccal mucosa of a 59- year-old male patient, bilaterally.
Aspects as nomenclature, diagnosis and treatment are also discussed.
