The invention relates to a PVC pipe and a preparation method thereof, and especially relates to a PVC-M impact-resistant low-temperature-resistant pipe. The pipe is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of PVC resin, 2-6 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 2-8 parts of vinyl-vinyl acetate copolymer, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 1-10 parts of fly ash, 1-8 parts of polyethylene wax, and 1-8 parts of a composite lead salt stabilizing agent. Through improvement on raw material formula and technology, the pipe is improved in flexibility, tensile strength, impact resistance and low-temperature resistance. The method is simple in technology, also realizes reutilization of fly ash waste, and reduces production cost.
