Research of Infrared Diagnosed of Faults of Arrester

In order to analyze heat-characteristic in various fault of arrester, author using representational 6~10 kV and upward voltage grade of FZ, FCZ, MOA arrester and 110 kV arrester of four burl combination type which running in electric power system and wash out by preventive test, according to practicality running mode and equip homonymic eligibility element, arrester had been done broken-down simulate experimentation of bowel parallel resistance aging, humidify, parallel resistance rupture by 1.05~1.10 times rating voltage. At the same time contrast is testing result between infrared testing and general testing of DC leakage current, distributed voltage, and AC leakage current. Through the research of simulate experimentation for different fault of arrester, analyzed the heat-characteristic in different fault of arrester, then research and obtain the character of heat-image which in have and not fault of arrester, obtain some basic method to diagnosis and distinguish the fault of arrester. The result shows that heat of arrester mostly come of equal voltage badness of gaps of parallel resistance, and a number of heat-characteristic of vary arresters had been analyzed in order state and fault state, and gain some law of character of heat-image of arrester through simulate test and practice of locale detection.
