Определение стоимости имущества, передаваемого по договору перенайма, в целях установления размера крупной сделки

The article deals with the lease re-assignment contract in the context of the major transaction. The research subject is ascertainment of value of the property, transferred under the lease re-assignment contract, for establishment of the major transaction amount. Special attention is paid to the compensatory nature of the lease re-assignment contract. The findings made by the author allows to categorize more efficiently the lease re-assignment contract as a major transaction.
