Occlusion Removal in Terahertz Imaging by In-painting

We introduce an in-painting method to deal with the problem of image occlusion which seriously limits the application of terahertz imaging. To demonstrate, the image obtained from the frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) system was repaired after being corrupted by different masks. The quantitative comparison with the original image (SSIM) shows that the method is valid.
